Thank you for getting my two babies back all the way from Cyprus to India in top shape…. Right from coordinating with the agency in Cyprus for paperwork, to managing their clearing at Mumbai Airport and getting them down to Pune, in spite of flight delays. While my heart was in my throat, I realize that it shouldn’t have been. What is most comforting is that Pawsome is run by a team of true animal lovers and each pet that they are entrusted with are cared for as if they were their own. The attention to detail and the gentle manner in which they handle the pets is truly impressive. In a world full of animal cruelty and neglect and cynicism towards animal lovers, this was a truly refreshing experience.
