I took services of Pawsome for movement of my dog Lucas from Delhi to Melbourne. I had been planning to relocate Lucas since a year. I had contacted few agents for his movement. When I spoke to Devyani she seemed to have the detailed knowledge and had a personal touch. She was the only one talked about preparing Lucas for the flight and crate training so I decided to go forward with her. It was the best decision for Lucas. She helped me to decide the intermediate country Malaysia/Singapore.
Her job was till the Lucas reaches Singapore but she was always there to answer my queries even after her job was done till he reached Melbourne. She was always happy to answer even the silliest of my queries and was available at all times, lowering my anxiety and giving me a sense of confidence in the whole process.
