Thanks so much to Pawsome and Vishnu and team for all the help in bringing my 2 kitties from Singapore to Bangalore. They were extremely prompt with everything – from initial contact all the way to the final clearance, willing to give me enough information even before I was committed to working with them, and very responsive to all questions I had from documents to advice on crates etc and consistent follow-up even as the final clearance was delayed for a nearly a month. It was very very very helpful to have someone knowledgeable in Bangalore side of things and I don’t think I could have done it otherwise. Thanks so much once again and we are very grateful!!!
