We have recently relocated to Bengaluru from Gurgaon. We were very worried about how to transport our almost 10-yr-old Choco. She’d never been on a plane and we were worried about how she would take the journey….but most of all how to go about it all. And then came Devyani Jadhav and Pawsome Hotels….we got her reference from a doglover friend. Thank goodness for Devyani and her step-by-step guidance – we were able to get Choco to Bengaluru safe and sound. The crate was delivered to us at the airport in Delhi after she told us about which flight we should book and all the other formalities. Jet Airways staff was very efficient and professional – just as Devyani had promised! The crate was picked up at Bengaluru airport without us having to figure out wheat to do with it. A totally seamless and efficient travel experience thanks to Devyani and Neeraj. Will definitely be recommending you to a lot of friends….
