We travelled with our pet, Nova, from San Francisco to Mumbai. From the time we started planing the move till the time we arrived in Mumbai, we were in contact with Team Pawsome and they were really patient and kind in helping us plan Nova’s travel.
Devyani and Neeraj were very responsive towards our queries, made every effort to ensure that the process is not blocked anywhere and kept us in check about various things. They are very well informed about the rules, processes, checkpoints and timeline. Their fees are reasonable too.
Nova, her family and all her well-wishers are grateful to Pawsome for always being there on call or WhatsApp when we needed, and for understanding the stress and blockers the pet and pet-parents go through during the move, which makes them the best in the business. 🥇🏆🙏
