Devyani and her team from Pawsome were just amazing in our relocation from South Africa. Our dog, Coco, was handled with utmost care on her arrival into Mumbai and then on to Kolkata. So kind were they, that they took Coco home to their house whilst she waited for the connected flight. Also I had to have my passport back urgently and they arranged for this to be sent in time. Thanks for all you did.
