Every single little thing was so well taken care off; so many documentations to process and thanks to your continuous advice, we could bring Vaya and Mishka with the least of stress. We have to mention Aboobacker in particular, for his patience (our flight was delayed by 3 hours) and we were also anxious about the customs and quarantine process. Aboobacker was constantly in touch and assuring us; the clearance process was smooth and we just sailed through the procedures with the least of issues.
