I recently moved my doggo to Amsterdam with me from India (Calcutta). Would like to thank Devyani for being there throughout the journey. Due to my locations it was not possible for her to be there in person like some other cases. However she was always reachable on phone and whatsapp. Brought up urgent issues like Jet Airways pet policy change when the airlines itself did not care to inform me. Sent me detailed instructions about forms, regulations and things to do. Got the crate to carry my dog delivered to my home ready and assembled. Specially helpful was her advice about choice of airlines on the way here. In the end while it was a difficult move it went well, and I cannot thank Devyani enough for what she has done. Additionally, because she was not there in person, the final fee I was charged was well below my expectations!
