A big thank you to Pawsome and especially to Neeraj for bringing our family together. We can understand this was a humongous task to bring Troy from Pune to Prague. And the paperwork on top of that is so complicated a normal person can’t even begin to imagine.
You have handled the transfer of Troy not only professionally but also with human touch. You treated Troy as one of your own and gave him all the care during his journey. This is something we couldn’t imagine with others. Updates from you at every step gave us confidence that Troy was in good hands. We are happy that you handled his long journey without us being worried. We would certainly take your support if Troy has to ever take another long journey.
