Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the https://www.pawsome.in website (the "Service") operated by Pawsome Hotels Pvt. Ltd. ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Our Service may contain links to third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Pawsome Hotels Pvt. Ltd. Pawsome Hotels Pvt. Ltd. has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Pawsome Hotels Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third party web sites or services that you visit.

3rd Party Payment Gateway

All transactions pertaining to pre-orders are handled through third party payment gateways such as Instamojo, Razorpay, PayU, Stripe for all payments which may have its own terms and conditions that apply. Methods of payment accepted are Visa, Master Card, American Express and others as made available from time to time, depending on the payment processor. These payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so as to understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by them.

Content License

Subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of these Terms, Pawsome Hotels Pvt. Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, to (i) access and view any Content solely for your personal and non-commercial use. You have no right to sublicense the license rights granted in this section.

You will not use, copy, adapt, modify, prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, broadcast or otherwise exploit the Site, Application, Services, or Collective Content, except as expressly permitted in these Terms. No licenses or rights are granted to you by implication or otherwise under any intellectual Property rights owned or controlled by Pawsome Hotels Pvt. Ltd or its licensors, except for the licenses and rights expressly granted in these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Telangana in the country of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Privacy Policy

This privacy policy sets out how Pawsome Hotels Pvt Ltd uses and protects any information that you provide to us. We may change this policy from time to time by updating this page without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Terms of Services periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of this site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms and conditions. We may collect from you personal & non-personal information which are necessary to render our services like pet relocation. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen. We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.

Refund of charges

All payments should be made according to the agreed payment schedule. Cancellation after the confirmation will lead to a cancellation fee of INR 10,000 and/or the airline and crate charges if paid. The agreed refund amount will be transferred to you to the same account via NEFT/IMPS or through the payment gateway (if initial payment was done through the gateway).

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
