Our Services include all the import documentation/clearances/permits required for smooth arrival of your pet/s into India. It starts with the initial verification of your documents to confirm eligibility of pet import into India, according to the rules laid down by the Customs Department and Animal Quarantine Department of India. After initial verification we ask you to sign up and start with the rest of the process which includes, timeline planning, documents verification and making new documents from the source country.
Export agent from your country - In case your pet is coming as a cargo, you will need an export agent from your country. Our services include liaising with the export agents for all the documentation and flight scheduling.
Onward journey for your pet/s - Pets have to land at major international airports (Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi) only in India. We facilitate onward journey (by air/road) of the pet to another destination in India after receiving them at the international terminal.
IMPORTANT NOTE - Non-Indians with Tourist visa or Business visa holders with validity of less than one year, are not eligible for import of pets into India under the baggage rule of Customs. Indians who have gone abroad on a student visa are also not eligible for import of pets into India under the baggage rule of Customs.
