Pawsome coordinated the import of our dog Neera from the UK to Mumbai and onward travel to Goa. From the beginning Pawsome were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and answered all our questions quickly from documentation queries to worries about the travelling process. On arrival in Mumbai we were kept up to date on Neera’s progress through customs and received regular pictures and videos on her onward travel to Goa. We can’t thank Danny, Devyani, Neeraj and Rajesh enough for the commitment and care shown to Neera throughout her time with them and for making this a less stressful transition for us all. If we ever move again then we will definitely be contacting Pawsome.
