In one word Pawsome is Awesome.
It was one heck of a time for us, starting with Jijo having to travel to Europe all of a sudden and my mom getting hospitalized due to an emergency and I had to travel to my home town. I had to send Bobby and Summer to a home boarding. The separation was killing us, we had made it a point to be together however hard the circumstances got. The minute we heard Jo’s work was getting extended we didn’t wait further to initiate the process of their travel. Meanwhile mom was getting better. I contacted Nita Mahurkar from Freagles of India for options and she directed me to Pawsome run by Devyani. I never had to look back from then on. Devyani and her team assisted me through thick and thin, in spite of all the hurdles that came in between. They explained every process, assisted me through the titre test, vet checks and documentation. She stepped up to be much of an emotional support when things got delayed or uncertain. She was extremely patient, always available on call or WhatsApp for any queries and was extremely reassuring. Summer and Bobby passed the titre test and I traveled abroad to set things up by the time they served their 90 day wait period. But to our dismay we found out that Jo’s contract would not extend. Thankfully he got another job offer in Amsterdam and this time it was for a year which seemed like a good time to plan and bring them. From the point that I was abroad till going back to India to pick them up, Devyani Danny and Neeraj helped me extensively in getting all their documents and vet checks done perfectly. They helped me book tickets and followed up with airlines regarding their confirmation of travel. They suggested best options that made sure that Bobby, Summer and I have a hassle free journey. We got the NOC certificate on time and we were ready to fly. Danny helped in setting up the crate and Devyani explained in detail about all the formalities at the airport and things to be careful, to dot. They were with us till we reached home safe and sound. We thank Pawsome team for helping us bring our beloved BobSum to Europe. The journey was super smooth. It wouldn’t have been possible if it were not for you guys, thank you for being there as a friend and loving our BobSum like one of your own. Wishing Pawsome the very best for future travels.
